      They pay you on time but this should be standard and not a pro

      Cons

      Low salary, no career advancement, toxic colleagues They also make swipe a card every morning and if you are late for two minutes they gather all these minutes and make you work one extra day whenever they want to. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

      - Payments on time - Not much overtime - Some very nice and helpful colleagues (especially the non-Greeks)

      Cons

      - No pay rises - No growth opportunities - Insufficient training - Old and conservative managers and working staff - Old technologies - No proper evaluation and recognition of the good work!! - Absolutely no consequence for people who constantly arrive late and never finish their work on time.

      - CEO shouts and disrespects employees. - You can be relocated in any part of the company with no consensus. - The employees have created cliques who antagonize each other. You can be stabbed in the back and generally get in trouble for no reason. - Old technologies and tools. - Old working staff.
