Nothing I can remember, just terrible experiences
Cons
Very machine oriented work. Doesn't care about what employees are going through. Need work work and work. No bonus, very less salary, appraisal rate 5% and it's a yearly appraisal. Don't join the company. I regret my 4 years working at this stupid company.

* Working culture is great * Transparents team members and flexible time * 100% remote work. If you travel a lot or you're good at working from home, there's nothing better than ExpressTech
Cons
* You can't expect a huge salary hike based on your performance, but you can expect decent salary hikes as per your performance. This is understandable because the company is still in its initial stages and giving a salary hike like MNC won't be possible for a startup
