Pros
Used to be a great company with a remarkable work culture and strong employee support system. Team members were compassionate and fostered a culture of knowledge-sharing.
Cons
After the transition to private ownership and subsequent layoffs, the environment turned chaotic. Job security became uncertain, and extended working hours became the norm. Not a place I would recommend at this point.
