Huge workload and tuff goals. Too young managers with little experience. Messy. Long meetings, expect an agenda full of meetings and to work many hours. Bad corporate culture, is valued if workers reply to emails and messages outside working hours or during leave which is unacceptable. Doesn’t have a Nordic labor culture at all.

As a tech person too much time is spent in meetings instead of writing code especially now since they replace hired people with foreign consultants and they require a lot of guidance which is never taken into account when it comes to real cost. Manager to worker ratio is very high. No one dares to say what they really think out loud since there might be repercussions. A lot of companies have problems right now due to Covid-19. Here they asked us to cut our salary for a limited time but work 100 % otherwise they would start firing people. STG that owns the company will sell it within a couple of years so it doesn't feel like there is a long term plan like when you have a regular owner that owns the company for more than just a few years.
