      Pros

      All projects are kind of development projects, so they provides a good opportunity to learn and grow. This is very good for someone who wants to learn new things.

      Cons

      The environment is completive as most of the projects are pure development / enhancement types. This become difficult for someone who want's a relax job and doesn't have any interest to grow there skill.

      Employee are helpful and friendly

      Cons

      1. Company management is very bad 2. They hire the employees on high pay and then ask them To put down the paper on performance issue 3 Remote opportunity but timelines is not defined. Need to Work from 9:00 AM to 9:PM including weekend 4. Old management handling the company and don’t want to leave their position 5. No appreciation and toxic work Environment 6. Bad leave policy
