The team at this company is extremely passionate and dedicated to the company's mission and values. Some of the smartest people I've met. The leadership sets a good example by being willing to do hands-on work as needed. There is a strong focus on creating a positive work environment, promoting inclusion, and offering professional development opportunities. Additionally, the team values autonomy and allows for personal growth. My role involves collaborating with teams from various departments, which has helped me to learn from others and acquire new skills.

Cons

There is no con as such. The remote work environment can be isolating sometimes. But the team ensures regular communication through updates, virtual happy hour sessions, and appreciations, which helps to maintain a sense of connection and teamwork despite the distance.
