      Pros

      Your coworkers really make the environment. You get free things often and you get to network as much as you’d like

      Cons

      Management is a boys club. Corporate team is incompetent and egotistical. They don’t really care about the in store team. No sneaker benefits, no leftovers, no discounts on drops. No PTO for full time sales employees (at least when i worked)
