      A lot of remote work, good pay if you negotiate well.

      Cons

      Few customers and pay rise. Managers only look for their comfort and do not look for their employees. Remote work is only within Germany and EU. Micro-management

      Strong emphasis on work-life balance. Option to work remotely, promoting flexibility. Friendly and supportive co-working environment. Autonomous working style without micromanagement.

      Cons

      The salary range falls below the industry average Local management is quite approachable and helpful, but it's disheartening to see the top-level executives at the headquarters resistant to approving regular pay raises for the employees. Their perceived hesitation in allocating resources toward employee satisfaction can be a demotivating factor.
