      Pros

      Good work environment. The boss is fun and is very smart, cant outsmart the man... I tried. Lunch is on the house on fridays. Saturdays are working... but if there is no camp, then it is relaxed.

      Pros

      Super fun/informal people that simply love to build a great product while keeping it low-cost and accessible to the world. Lots of freedom and transparency. Lots of vision (pun intended) and prototypes, lots of prototypes.

      Cons

      It's a regulated medical device. It doesn't allow for the use of many modern/lean project management approaches. The company has built a product that is a lot bigger than what the initial funding allowed for. So, the stress of running out of cash builds up.
