A lot of issues.
For starters, I was apart of a new team, so setting the standards and culture was difficult, especially since my supervisor worked out of town. I didn't know if I was doing a good job or not, because I really tried my best, even though I was honestly confused at what I was doing sometimes.
Also, my workspace was pretty small, and with 2 other individuals, so while I admit I am a very quirky person, one of my colleagues took issue with it. I really also didn't have much of a say in terms of what we could do, so it was a lot of compliance to what they wanted. In addition, the issues to said quirks often led me to working away from my desk, more often then being at my desk. I definitely felt pretty left out.
