      If you like to drink on the clock and are a HR frequent flyer this is the company for you.

      Lack of transparency and one of those places where hard work is rewarded with more hard work without additional pay and higher standards.

      Freedom to run your business the way you want. No micro management.

      Cons

      Management could support drivers better with more understanding and help by allowing to split payments for trailer tire repairs etc... Also, with a standard $880 a month to rent a trailer, the company could take care of all the maintenance as many other organizations do.
