Pros

Overall a good company to start your professional career in. Company has good salary hike rates and pick up and drop service for all shifts and good company culture.

Cons

Management I have been working under is really poor and hence very difficult to maintain good work life balance. Even though salary hike rates are good they are not consistent. For availing facility every time the long procedures have to be performed.

Pay is pretty good, a lot better than most

Cons

CVG location, lots of drama here. Be prepaired to do alot of unnecessary work. And dont expect to do work by the book, its not going to Happen. If you try and resist, they will make your life hell or until you quit! They only care about the plane in t he air! Not you and definitely not quality.

-Made lifelong friends bonding over the torture suffered at the company’s hand. -Gain experience and get paid while waiting on FedEx/UPS/GE to hire you. -Hangar coming soon!

Cons

-Unprofessional work environment -Lack of leadership -No set pay scale -Low employee moral -Unfulfilled promises and blatant lies -Disorganized -Fast rate of employee turnover -Unpaid lunch breaks automatically deducted that you’re expected to illegally work through -Expensive health care that isn’t worth it -Bare minimum benefits
