Pros

Nothing as such except dirty politics

Cons

HR: You will never get amount mentioned in CTC. - They will deduct (30k/year) transport pay which is part of CTC. Doesn't matter if you are not using company transport facility. - 10% amount of CTC comes under performance pay. They will never give this amount to you as they will always say it is on hold by management. - Diwali bonus they give and this is too your part of CTC :D - If you are taking a unpaid leave (LWP), then it will be your huge loss (almost double of your 1 day earning) as they have made "FEV Standard" calculation by dividing 22 days (22days are working days except Saturday, Sunday) --------- In nutshell, 30% amount of CTC is a big joke. Policy changes overnight by HR :D (Hahahahaha) - Working on Public holidays such as Holi, Diwali etc (They will not pay as per "special pay policy" rather tell you after working " Policy has been changed, we forgot to inform" :D - "HR Helpdesk" they plan but they ask office boy to sit for clarifications - People are leaving in HR department because of politics but nobody cares Admin: Very lazy people, they never support anybody. Even during time of COVID, they made "COVID Task force" for supporting colleagues but it is of no use, rather to show people that we are doing something extraordinary Purchase: - Useless staff, no idea how to talk with people. Without education qualification what all you can expect (the 2 guys who sits in store) Operations and THS: - Only dirty politics - Leader hires only their relatives/friends - They treat all guys working on the emission lab/THS/Chassis dyno/test bench as slave - Trainees/DET/GET: they will screw your career if you don't lick their *** (they will always indirectly give you hint, you won't be confirmed untill you die" Business Unit: IN-BC/BD/BG/BE/BV/BT Never worked in these units but heard about same environment of dirty politics.

Pros

has nothing to fill in this section

Cons

During COVID -19 situation all over the world, everyone knows that it is difficult times going around for peoples and companies. And then FEV India pvt. ltd. has decided to cut the salaries by 50%. This is not the issue actually. They will deduct the salaries of employees except senior management, department head etc. who don't have any work to do and of course they are like useless management. Who in the world will cut the salaries of engineers but not top management who must be earning 10x more or so. FEV India as a company is waste and it is without ethics or any sort of morality. My suggestion would be not to join this crap company.

Pros

there is nothing good about the company. Management of the company don't let anything good in the company.

Cons

I was working on contract basis in that company that time I didn't realize any of the issue that going in company. After the project was completed they kick me out of the company. They call me after some time, for permanent role, it was my mistake to join the company. I am considering it would help in building my career and I have good offer from some other company. When I join the company they put me on project straightly without any training and support. I was on probation period, Without any knowledge what going on project in the project even our team lead is so useless after having some much experience and atleast he should know GD&T atleast, we trying to gether information as much as we can and they don't have any data and knowledge to work through on the engine development. I was working in the company recklessly (staying back in the office, and coming on saturday and sunday, and going through a lot of health issue. After that they have told me that they you don't have any knowledge so we couldn't able to keep in this company and its a false reason because they couldn't able to handle client. But the point is whole company employee don't have any clues what they are up to, even I have to clarify my senior about the component related to project. Whole company senior is dump. Devi Singh rathod, harsh mane, ravi soman and vijay sharma. They are kind of crappy people running the company. I have seen this guys ruining the career and life of many employee and I am also be the culprit. Senior have a good sort of skill one pretending to do work secondly over watch there junior time. How much time they spend in having a tea, going to toilet, moving around, at what time they are having there lunch, how much time they are taking. Third how to ruin there junior reputation. There is nothing professional always be personal. Salary: if you do work for the company your salary will not be increased. If you are doing nothing, you will get good amount of money bas boss ki chaato or chaato. They don't care about work efficiency and effort. Or better be postman, company cares a lot for the postman who efficent in sending the mail just cut copy paste not for the engineer. Advice: Don't join this company if you do care about your future career.Your health, personal life and career all we be ruin after working up there. Even they don't have any project that would help you.
