      Pros

      The only pro that I can think of...the staff is amazing but owners are the worst.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Don't believe what they promise you because they have no money and won't deliver. They don't follow the law, they think that they can do what they want, when they want not matter what lawyer or government agency is after them. Disrespectful and do not make best business decisions. Stay away, your mental health depends on it.

      Absolutely nothing: This company was a start-up, and it went bankrupt due to corrupt management.

      Cons

      -Awful culture -Dishonest business practices -Unqualified management, who cannot run any business entity -Information available to the public: The companies breached various covenants under their loan agreement with Maxium, including reporting requirements, debt service coverage, and leverage ratio requirements, payment defaults, and unauthorized payments to management and related parties, among others.
