Fair but toxic work culture

You can work on large scale projects and 3D printing is readily available in office...you'd be lucky if you got into Dhurgai sir's team. the directors are cool and friendly

Cons

Overnight work stay at office and Toxic work culture. especially the team which i have worked in (high rise residential & hospitality)...there were 2 managers, one of which interferes into everything including the personal matters. even if you don't have a mistake, he just makes you suffer for the things which you haven't committed...there were days where we used to work till morning 4'O' clock and there used to be no response after sharing the work...not much exploration in concepts, typical blocks (only the team which i worked)...they just do blocking and send it to other team for the "complex parametric facade"
