      Pay is good for the area, benefits are average, 401k match is average, company protects long term employees whether they are valuable to the organization or not.

      Cons

      Unethical company that caters to the good ol boy club. VP of Engineering utilizes his power to drive decisions that meet his agenda whether ethical or not.
