      What can I say that other reviews didn’t mansion already. Terrible management, terrible head department- specifically young leadership and marketing. People who act like they invented marketing but only good at coming to the office with fancy brand name clothing and fake smiles. No money, bad benefits and most important- NO FURTHER. Stay away as far as you can

      OK work environment, was family style, became too corporate for the salary levels causing a high turnover.

      good vacation, sick days and time off policy

      Cons

      management changes over the years changed the demeanor of the work environment, was a family type environment for many years and although a not for profit organization, it became too corporate and a large turnover of staff. salary raises and bonuses were not great and often delayed.
