Pros
Excellent Management Fun environment Challenging and Rewarding Flexibility
Cons
Continuous growing pains, but you gotta be in it to win it!
Pros
• Upper management sets achievable goals. • My immediate boss is understanding and flexible. • Team mentality • Good office location – accessible to public transportation, lots of eats nearby. • Fair hours – weekend work is not required. • Competitive pay and perks like: AD&D/life insurance, bonus, dental/health/vision insurance, development programs, FSA/HSA, OT pay, and PTO.
Cons
No. I think I’ve found the company where I’d like to retire.
Pros
Extremely demanding environment. It pushes your patience and endurance to the limit, but mostly in a way that just wears you down rather than builds you up. You are left to figure out how much stress you can tolerate before breaking.
Cons
- Constant unreasonable pressure from managements unrealistic demands, targets, and expectations - Workload is overwhelming and relentlessly exhausting - Environment drains employees quickly instead of supporting growth - Little to no space to recover from constant stress - Conditions feel designed to wear people down until they leave - Not a sustainable or healthy place to work - Strong sense that employees are pushed beyond reasonable limits - High stress environment that leads to burnout quickly
Pros
I've been working at FIT Solutions for over 2.5 years, and it has been an amazing experience! The opportunities for growth and learning are abundant. I've had the chance to work on a team of 5 engineers, servicing over 15 clients, which has allowed me to expand my knowledge and skills significantly. I've learned a variety of technologies (Active Directory, VMWare, Veeam, Meraki, Unifi, Group policy, Okta, Microsoft Teams VoIP, Windows Servers, and more) in a relatively short period, which has been incredibly rewarding. The company culture at FIT Solutions is one of the best aspects of working here. It's caring, friendly, and supportive. Management genuinely encourages continuous training and the setting of personal goals. They're all about the PPF (Personal, Professional, Financial) goals, which really helps in setting a clear path for development. The CEO is honestly an amazing person! He is very personable and wants what is best for everyone and the company. Overall, I would highly recommend FIT Solutions to anyone looking for a place to grow and develop professionally. I've grown so much during my time here. I don't plan on leaving anytime soon, but if I did, I know that my resume would look amazing to future employers thanks to the experience I've gained.
Cons
One area where the company could improve is the amount of time off for holidays, which is quite minimal. However, given the nature of our business, it's somewhat understandable. Some days can be very fast-paced and can get overwhelming, but I have fun with my team and they are there to back you up!
Pros
• Exposure to various technologies across different client environments • Experienced coworkers always ready to guide you and share their knowledge • Handling projects end-to-end, which builds real confidence • Competitive pay and benefits • Management supports growth and encourages continuous skill development
Cons
Sometimes long hours during deployment phases
Pros
So far, it’s been one of the best experiences in my tech career. I work with a wide range of clients and technologies, which helps me grow. The supportive culture is another pro of working here. My teammates are willing to help me whenever needed. What’s more, management values professional development.
Cons
A strong focus on performance metrics, which might feel intense if you prefer a more laid-back environment.
