Get to know about what goes behind the scene of retail industry

1. Impatient and shouty colleagues, can yell at you over small matters 2. Department head may be on the side of toxic colleagues (all part of a "gang") 3. Inflexible work hours at head office 4. Not suitable for people whom need structure at work 5. Expect new staff to learn things when things are not explained properly 6. Toxic colleagues may shift blame even if it is not your fault

Great staff discount, pretty flexible work hours, interesting people with great international brands, role can be autonomous depending on to whom you reports into

Not the best location in the western end of Singapore, very local style management, poor medical benefits, very uncertain business outlook

seniority is such a big deal here, tight finances despite handling well known brands, low pay even when juggling with additonal responsibilities that was not disclosed in the jd, low career progression, ridiculous medical insurance coverage, will not stop kacau-ing u even on off days
