Great dynamics, cool people, startup/scale up spirit, core values of the companies

Cons

A great potential spoiled by the ego and greed of the high management, which decided to follow the questionable strategy of everything, everywhere, all at once. Wanted to surf on the flash success of 2 years of exponential growth and got shortsighted on the risks.

Remote working, flexibility, easy 9 to 5

Cons

Investors do not trust the leadership team anymore. A bunch of consultants have been hired by the board, and they are very old school, not modern, not polite. Expect to be laid off at any time, even though you are doing a good job and among the best contributors. They let go their entire marketing team for the second time, same with the sales team. It’s never the management team’s fault. Wrong people in directors and VP positions, friends promoting friends.
