Pros

Decent one time salary hike as compared to market

Cons

- It's a mad house (they called it FAST PACED during interview :-)). Continous working weekends and late weekdays. So much stress all around. People complaining within groups, but no one to listen the plea. Managers are just the puppets following leadership orders bliendly. Most of the workforce wants to quite but can't switch due to high package. Sometimes looks like we are working as a labour class. FORGET ABOUT WORK LIFE BALANCE OR YOUR WELLBEING IF YOU JOIN THIS COMPANY - No technical work, it's just delivery. They boast of to start a lot of new initiatives, but it's just an eye-wash. - Too much of bossy environment. It's like 'My Way or Highway'. Managers force to make you do the things they like even if those are not correct - No learning and growth...just growth in work assignments

Pros

Nothing at all to highlight

Cons

The list is countless. Dictatorship culture in gurgaon office. One guy decides and everyone must follow regardless anything. The deciding guy is biased and kind of a unreasonable lunatic No scope of career progression, no process, no one knows anything Team talks big but in reality that is only to make you join. Fell for this trap because in real they have nothing. You can get fired anytime so don't come with job security expectation. You will be ill treated, disrespected and probably kicked out if you want a career progression

Pros

They provide a hefty salary at the time of joining.

Cons

You will get fired anytime. So, in case you join always keep a backup. And don't even think of doing Overtime work since they will take eons to pay it. There are people who didnt receive for over an year.
