Management is a disaster and the nepotism/cliques are insane. Getting anything done requires the approval of so many people that are clueless about the projects. Everything gets distilled down to it's worst possible version.

Location wasn't ideal for me personally

None, team is world class

Women (and especially women of color) are mistreated, overworked and underpaid. You will be treated subhuman and cheated out of promotions and recognition for your hard work and talent. EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. above me on the org chart is a WHITE MALE. They hire all their white male friends and push the females down into doing ASSISTANT WORK even though we are MORE QUALIFIED, MORE CAPABLE and MORE TALENTED and that type of work was NEVER in our job descriptions and NOT what we signed up for. Many many many projects ran by this FRATERNITY fail miserably and they WASTE millions and millions of dollars. The actual workers and talented people get swept up in the chaos and are always left to fix things and do all the work, while the white male bosses act elite, fly on private jets and go out to fancy dinners on the company cards, meanwhile most of their staff is struggling financially because they can't get a decent salary. Things are such a mess that no one can be held accountable so the messes just keep piling on. Its hard to even call this place a company or like a job because its a total mess. MOST of the people in charge have no clue what they're doing and make work hellish for the actually talented people. FAZE DOWN

Pretty disorganized as a company

Recruiter bailed and rescheduled 12 times only for her to tell me she is no longer with the company. After finally meeting the hiring team, I was contacted by HR with an offer only for it to be withdrawn an hour later "because not everyone was kept in the loop". Was brushed off like it was nothing

Lots of clout chasing, toxic leadership with little support for junior/middle staff, the comradery is more like trauma bonding
