Pros

1. Good work. 2. Ownership of projects. 3. Good learning. 4. Good peer knowledge

Cons

No Growth or Appraisal. Cheating employees by not communicating the reason behind it. No employee benefits. No Fun or entertainment. New features built are for trash. No Marketing strategies. Unrealistic deadlines. Less interaction between teams, making it a huge blocker to move on with projects. Highly demotivating lead, environment. Highly misaligned goals. No standard code. It's not a mistake of the developer, it's the mistake of management. If you are planning to join this company, think twice if this the company you wanted to join. Try hard for other better companies.

Pros

Could not find pros for the company, but Pune was awesome: Pros of Pune: I made good friends, good place to hangout and socialize, like a never ending picnic spot. Playful office, cricket, table tennis etc. You will have a good time. Nice weather, lot of hill stations around. Socialize | Come to office | Earn free money | Happy life ?

Cons

As most of you already know, no words needed, this company is closing down. But still, if you are just visiting Pune and have no work to do, you can join this Zoo, its fabsome! First thing, you will find a inhuman CTO who is just a pawn to Goldberg, has no technical idea, and basically gives a damn about anyone's feelings. Then you will see the glorious set of managers ever in this world, let's call them proxy-managers. Yeah, proxy is the word. Basically, Berlin branch also has managers assigned for different operations within the company. Managers in Pune are employed to repeat their actions, maintain excel files (GANTT charts :O ), conduct meetings because well, they have to do something to pass time. This is not my subjective opinion, DO CHECK THEIR LINKEDIN PROFILES BEFORE COMING TO FAB PUNE, you will commit suicide.
