      no pros. Salary was ok.

      Cons

      Brand managers are bullies. They don't want assistant managers to stick around so they bully you and make you leave the company. May be they fear competition from them. It is a big mess. MD does not bother.

      All designations from GM to Sales Officer are same... no work etics.. poor people management. No Health or accident insurance to any of the Sales personals. HR team does not have any authority...... Its a total mess
