Managers are flexible, co-workers are friendly, and always willing to help.

Cons

Very strict regarding their policies. Some policies are ridiculous and very inconvenient for everyone, including customers.

Occasional tips as a hostess, but we were underpaid to begin with

- You aren't allowed to eat on the job, at all. They'll fire you - You have to put your phone in a lockbox in management's office at the beginining of every shift - Owner is extremely verbally abusive towards staff, to the point where customers have intervened out of concern for staff safety
