Pros
The employees are awesome. Everyone at Facets loves movies and is extremely competent.
Cons
Management. The owner is a sadist who treats employees--some of whom have been there for over a decade--like garbage. He finds it amusing to make his assistant cry. And denies raises and advancement to everyone, while he jets around the world to film festivals. Pathetic. The operations manager is just as bad. He's a well intentioned goof who thinks he knows how to do it all, which has led to people leaving or being let go so he can "take over." There's a reason why Facets' staff has shrunk from 70-80 employees to a dozen in the past ten years. It's these two.
