      1.Never give u salary on time. 2.u'll get salary on 15th or so. 3. u are not permitted to speak with your colleagues.

      Cons

      1.husband wife running this company (Paan ki dukaan :x) 2.environment you might like , but at the time of leaving organisation , u will not get papers. 3.doesn't matter that u have worked their for 2-7 yrs... but u will not get any experience letter or relieving letter.
