The company has a hire and fire policy. They keep people till probation and then fire. This causes problems for teams as there is continuous onboarding with no output. Still the management expects all deliverables. The place is run by workaholics and bachelor workaholics. They expect people to work at all times and weekends. No work life balance. The place is run by the ceo and product head and few managers who are the only ones who have survived working in the company for more than 1 year. Their expectations are in reasonable. No work ethics .High attrition rate and no one survives more than one year there . If not they will drive you out there. No question on reasoning with them regarding the work and better solutions. They are driven by making money quick but not delivering a product that stands for the long time. Avoid at all costs. Zero career opportunities and growth
