the people you work with here are great

there are too many closed door meetings. it makes you wonder what is going on if they never keep their employees in the loop there is no 'open forum' for employees to speak their minds. your opinion will have to align with theirs huge turn over rate. senior management is watching everything you do as they do not trust you are getting any work done. they crack down on minor things there is no work culture here. senior management don't do anything to engage the employees too many over night changes, once again staff is not involved and have no say or opinion. they also make lots of uncertain decisions.

It is why we have 1 and 3 month employee reviews along with lengthy annual performance reviews.It is also why we have client surveys at the end of every project. However, dealing with anonymous complaints that we can neither investigate, validate or defend is not something we cannot engage in. This company is run by a Brit who has little to no experience in the construction business. He has the delusion that he is running a muti- million dollar corporation. This company has so many rules and regs that it made my head hurt to read their policy manual. The other so called reviews on this site are all BS, the company tells them to write a good review. The only people who seemed satisfied were the few people who had there nose browned by the owner. I was expected to lie to the client about their project. mostly because they were 6- 8 months behind in paying their sub-trades. Sub trades who would stop working till they got paid. They only do small renos, because they have no rep to get larger jobs. Not only were we expected to take on a large work load, but were pressured to do do sales as well. Stay away from this Micky- mouse company and safe yourself a lot of heart ache

Pros

The good reviews you see done in 2018 were from existing employees. Everyone was told to write good reviews on this site because they were having a hard time hiring people and the turnover rate was getting extreme. Like the google reviews, the majority of these reviews are not real or from an employee pressured into writing it.

Cons

Benefit package is less then any other company I have worked for and employees pay more than 50% into it.
