      I recommend running the other direction if you have an interview at this 'company'. Calling this place a 'company' is an insult to corporate America. The founder consistently lies about his experience in interviews/press pieces. The truth is that his father is bankrolling this pet project of his and you're subject to both their whims. Neither of them have any credibility to run a media company. Do yourself a favor and run away.

      Pros

      cool office and a few great coworkers. If you're just starting out, you might learn some helpful things.

      Cons

      The owner is a caricature of a media start up ceo. Includes empty quotes in meetings to 'get people pumped'. He won't try to connect with you and it's so obvious he doesn't care about anyone but himself. One of the producers is about as fake as a human can get. They'll say anything you want to hear just to fully flip the script for someone else. I was very underpaid for how many hours I gave to this company and my opinions of things never mattered, nor did my feelings. Please please please reconsider working here, I guarantee you can find a much less fake, more genuine group to work with.
