I enjoy the fast paced environment, employing approximately 600 people it still feels like quite a small company. You feel like a person rather than a number. There is always something different and things can change quickly, no 2 days are the same. I feel valued and I can honestly say I have excellent support from my colleagues and manager. I have been given the freedom to make a difference and developed my career during my time at Faltec. There is a genuine desire by the current management team to improve and grow the company and to recruit staff who will continue to make a difference. Head office continues to support with high levels of capital expenditure on new and improved equipment.
