      Work life balance with least benefits

      Pros

      -One gets good basic, on paper knowledge of electrotechnical and hydraulics used in industry. -Flexi working hours but need to complete work hours on same day.

      Cons

      -Micro-management. -A little salary increment. -Very few leaves you get, 10-15 annually. -No major benefits in terms of health insurance, family insurance, food coupons etc. -No usable pantry. -No company sponsored outing activity except one annual dinner.

      "Not Good.......... Stay Away"

      Pros

      The salary is good for the beginner. Exposure in the Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Electric field is good.

      Cons

      People are worst and culture is not good so far. "Micromanagement" is the key ingredient to pressurize you and divert you from doing the work properly. Team leader are more dangerous and unkind people. Feeling of being like a trapped bird will always motivate you to escape and get free. Please do join if you really want to demotivate yourself and make yourself miserable. IIT's and NIT's please stay away.
