The fear of losing my certification was something that I dealt with every day due to unethical practices at this agency. Making you work clinical hours during the week, in which you could not obtain signatures immediately from parents (for obvious reasons) and NOT GETTING paid until you did was a common practice here. Cutting corners to save money by not paying your employees is illegal, but they do not care. Dishonest on every level. On October 31st, 2023 with no empathy or regard for anyone, the director sent a letter to her clients that she was closing the agency and terminating services (in 28 days). No reason was disclosed.

Low pay, not much onboarding training (I only got to shadow twice and not even on my own cases).
