Pros

Flexible work-life balance if you manage your time well. Some really great people on the teams. Lots of opportunities to make improvements across the board if you're driven.

Cons

Leadership seems to have drama and is all talk and no action, leading to really great employees leaving.

Pros

Farm Journal has amazing people dedicated to agriculture, providing some of the best content to producers. Though understaffed, they continue to show dedication to their responsibilities.

Cons

The executive team lacks any ag background & as a result, often appear unknowledgeable or uninformed, and can become defensive when questioned, which has led to some poor business decisions, hurting the company's culture & business health.
