Pros
Depending on if the wind blows in the same direction or not, you may be helped with finding a job thats convenient in helping you while you struggle to make it in life.
Cons
They string you along while getting your hopes up to tell you you have been accepted to a new job and told you will be starting soon, only to be completely let down and called the following day to say never mind, you don't have a job anymore and theres nothing else to offer you right now but will let you know when there is. Never to be heard back from again. Have called back many times to follow up only to be ignored and given no reasons as to why. As if I don't exist or matter? ..
