Pros
-Mix of start up and corporate work culture. -Friendly co workers. -Understanding and Approachable owners -Flexible work schedule -The entire team with the owners of the company are driven to grow the company - No politics or extreme hierarchy system here. All are treated equally with great respect!
Cons
The current leave structure is good but More leave permits and alternate Saturday holiday would be great

I am working In Fashor since last one year. U will not regret working here. All employee works togetherly and there is nothing like senior junior and all the employee get the respect they deserve. Coming to pay they give the salary as a optimum basis. Its a start up company so that u will get to learn many things here regarding your work and education.
Cons
Every company has disadvantages so u can not except perfectness from all company. But its a good environment to work with.
