A good start for fresh grad, beware of employees who tolerate cheating game

You might a gain a lot of skills here especially for fresh graduate. Management might be challenging, but if you worked here for gaining skills and experience as fresh grad. This is good for you.
Cons
Some people will tolerate employee immoral doing. Even it is unlawful by contract. There was an incident one of former employee of fast named JMJ (His abbreviation and former encoder in pasig) was cheating in his girlfriend and he would like to victim the other girl from 3rd party company. He was trying to fake his identity by saying he is single but no. He created also another facebook account to hide his true identity, and his workmates urge him to cheat and victim another girl. Until her girlfriend trying to reach out our work related groupchat by using the facebook account of his boyfriend who formerly working in Fast. Again this was based on my witnessing part and observation. - No work and life balance - My body clock was ruined due to long hours of working and shifting schedule was unexpected. Since I working on depot rented by one of the famous cake brand here in the Philippines. - Management is lack in terms of strictness of their employees, just like I said aforementioned earlier. Employee named JMJ ( a guy) was hide his identity and has a personal motive to victimize another girl. The company sanctioned him too much late.
