Pros
The people are great to work with. Everyone shows respect and camaraderie and everyone is generous with helping out each other. This probably flows down from the founders who live and breathe a set of core values outlined for the company, while they join in as peers in the workplace.
Cons
It's hard to come up with a con, since issues are all aired and addressed. The offices are open air, so noise cancelling headphones are a must.
