      Great talent Good looking office An already close knit leadership gang

      Cons

      They will tell you they are here to improve everyone but will mess with your confidence. Too toxic where local MD wants to achieve something differently from the group MD. If you are supportive of local MD the group MD will stand against you and vice versa. They will ask you to lower your burn on business but will do exceptional burn for their fave awards.

      Preferential treatment of certain employees Low pay Management has no clue on how to run the company effectively, lacks knowledge of individual departments but still insists on wrong ways to run them Rude, vulgar bosses

      Pros

      - Fast-paced environment - Riding on the e-commerce wave - Casual workplace

      Cons

      - Tedious, manual work - They rely mostly on interns. How are teams supposed to move forward when interns keep leaving and team leads are supposed to keep training new interns? - HR/talent acquisition doesn't do their job. Most of the time, team leads are the ones looking for new talents. - Team leads have no real leadership experience.
