I have been with Federal Student Help for over a year and I love working here! This is hands downs the best company I've ever worked for. The owners invest so much time and their own money to get us the training we need. I even left due to personal reasons for some months and they let me back in with open arms! I love working here and would recommend the services we provide to anyone in need of help with any kind of student loans.

Cons

None!! Our bosses give us any time off we need even if it's short notice!
