      Pros

      Excellent Environment to work in. Congenial atmosphere. Freedom to take decisions and implement new ideas. Small company but great vision. Pioneers in their field.

      Cons

      Not able to grow its portfolio - lot of competition in one of its divisions. Its latest division unable to live up to its promise.
