Why should someone work for free at your Company???

Nothing... Everyone can get the knowledge of work at any company..then why should work for free :D its insane

Cons

You should respect employees who working for you. Why should they work without payment for one month?? in the name of training ultimately...company will assign work to the new joined employee and employee must do that work accordingly and after that also you have rights to extend training period :D nice..!! I think no one should work without payment :D Not Good Rules..

Thanks for the feedback and review. We would like to brief you about the training process here, “ we give proper training on said skill set to fresher for a month for which we do not ask money or any kind of bond, being a fresher you do not have much knowledge about the skill set we are working on, so instead expecting output from the employee directly putting them on live project and spoiling our standard of work in front of clients we prefer giving them detail idea of the type of projects we work and about our values and the skill set because for us employees, quality of work, values and client all are important and we cannot compromise on the quality. Worst Experience!

No Pros...I worked at Fermion for around 4 months..Initially they will tell you that one month training will be provided then you get pay after a month but what actually happens is they dont pay for one month as discussed after that remaining half month they will tell you that your training was extended hence no pay..though after training they get their work done on live projects and they say training was extended.

Cons

No payment for remaining half month after you complete training..And when you ask for your own pay they will dislike you..they search for freshers to cheat them.. please i would not suggest this to anyone..NEVER! Horrible Experience ever! Don't have a ZERO RATING option here so minimum! People will respect you outside this company for sure.

Worst for freshers

Near to belapur station . Alternate Saturday off.

Cons

They hire freshers and say we will provide you training and for that training period you will not get any salary or stipend .... Lol its not proper training just guidance u will have to do it by own doing google. Very few experienced people join this organization. Very high expectations from freshers . If u unable to fulfill requirement you will be fired after one month and your 1 month will be waste. You will be working for 1 month free for them on their clients project.
