      This job which I had is a big scam

      There are no positive to talk about

      1.They have given a job title then after a year of work they said no we gave " Draftsman" only and it can not be changed. 2.I have worked there for a year and the efficiency is always above 90% and I had a profrmance bonus in my CTC they have refused to pay as I had a problem over my job title and said it can not be given. 3.Finally they said sorry now I am suffering and wasted my presious year because I have resigned my job because they refused the job title which they have given to me.

      Healthcare plans that are offered.

      Cons

      Unethical, underhanded. Toxic management. I can only compare this to a pyramid scheme. The TM’s are the whipping boys of this company. I left quickly.

      Very good people to work with. Great health benefits.

      Very low pay increase from year to year. Very low opportunity to advance. Very little appreciation for those who do all the grunt work.
