      Pros

      You are the boss if you want to make a positive change here. It can be a product, process, culture etc. After 8 years, I do not repent to leave the big company offer and join startup like Fiberlink. Great atmosphere to get opportunities, grab them and make most of it. Honest, Transparent processes, geek minds, understanding management and respect for people make this company different. Everybody here wants to inspire and gets inspired by others. A nice place to shape up your career and personality by getting more responsibility and pressure to do well every time.

      1. There is a lot of work after work you will get more work and work.

      Cons

      1. There is no personal life. you will always engage with work. 2. Most of time, You need to work on saturday also. 3.You will always get work at leaving time of home. 4. I have seen When people put resignation. Company relieve within a week. 5.Company will not recognize your work. They will treat like just a worker.
