      Pros

      Exposure to advanced wireless technologies (4G, 5G, IoT). Good support from global technical teams. Opportunity to work directly with customers and handle real-time field issues. Work-life balance is manageable compared to similar tech roles. Freedom to learn Linux, firmware, and embedded development hands-on.

      Cons

      Communication gap between regional and HQ teams can sometimes delay support. Career growth path not clearly defined. Compensation could be better compared to industry standards.

      Pros

      Nothing is good and worth of mentioning.

      Cons

      People here don't work full time, they don't need to work hard (but they tell colleagues in China they work day and night). You can have a lot of your personal time if you know how to play with the Chinese people. It is a very chaotic workplace, difficult to get along with the Chinese people, the Chinese colleagues are not honest, not good for a career development. This company is in fact a ODM module maker, but they will tell you they are a OEM brand.
