We're pretty sure this is a fake review as the examples don't make sense. Our employment contracts are very detailed, reviewed annually and we have never had anything raised to us in opposition, they are also very standard. We have also never refused a day off for any employee in the history of the company, whether that is for a holiday or something more sensitive such as compassionate leave.

Pros

I dont have any pros to say about this company

Cons

Poor management: the management operates on a policy of fear and mistreatment of employees they don't wan to keep them I started in a training group of 12 but when I was dismissed their were four left Customers are being charged for plans which the company claims they have ended the £120 pain is being charged to customers still via digital payments and many customers are compiling to us that they have been charged this and screenshot in it yet the management doesn't allow us to do anything about it and then blames us for it with disciplines and eventually fire us I was displined twice because of these angry customers and then fired as we're other employees if this isn't corupt management I don't know what is I was sent threatening messages on my day off asking for overtime when I declined I got a very threatening message from the manager charl ottee Customers are absolutely furious and rightfully so too but we can not help them and are chats are monitored so we end up being let go within two weeks Underpaid Wage is really poor and I've been underpaid see you clock in digitally but it doesn't always work first time meaning you might clock in late on the system even though your their I've been told they won't pay me for those couple of hours even though I was their working I'm not the only one who experienced this Asking for help from the managers is really putting your job at risk that is if they bother to answer I saw managers sitting on their phones constantly but if we did that we would of been fired I even witnessed a employee get displined by a manager who had her own phone in her hand 😂 that again was the same managershe seems to be quite hated here The canteen is horrible for a fitness company you would expect it to be better but literally macdonalds does healthier food than this place 😂 Thiers no carrier opportunity here simply work here until you get sacked your be lucky to last two weeks and then your be luckier to get paid for those two weeks

We are surprised and disappointed by this post, not least because of the fabrication and inaccuracies in it. Firstly we don't have a system that measures people's hours by clocking in, shifts are scheduled with employees in advance to meet their diaries, we don't monitor the time they clock in or clock off. Secondly, the person mentioned (Charlotte) has never been anyone's manager. Thirdly, we don't have a staff canteen. Fourth, this is a Customer Success role, it is 100% remote and this person would never have worked in the office. This means they would never have 'seen managers sitting on their phones'. Lastly, we have not had cases where customers have been charged twice. We are a subscription business much the same as a mobile phone contract, we send customers reminders before their subscriptions roll but still then some people miss them and get disgruntled - we try our best to be reasonable and make refunds if payments are questioned in a timely manner and the service hasn't been used. Given the a mount of false information and unfounded claims in the comment it is difficult to give the post much credibility. However, we have an excellent track record of promoting people out of out CS team and providing career progression. People have successfully gone on to work as Marketing Managers, Corporate Account Executives and CRM Managers. We are also a good payer against all industry benchmarks and have never been late paying any employee.
