Pros

None. If you see positive reviews, it was because upper management told to do it.

Cons

A dinosaur trying to keep up with the times... all the tools and tech used are not standard and best practices within the industry. You will quickly realize that when you start working. It really questions if you are really working for a tech company or not. Here are just some of things that are wrong: Darryl is never around — no direction and clueless as to what happens within the office Nepotism — yup. Each team is in their own world — engineering is a mystery, HR is incompetent , marketing/sales is nonexistent, PMs and support aren’t friendly. Outdated practices — from the tech to the actual management, they really don’t know what is current. No growth — if they tell you otherwise, they are lying. you’ll be stuck doing the same thing day in and day out. Perks — laughable. unless you’re upper management, you’re honestly insignificant. the co-owners cut themselves a pretty fat check a few times a year. Realize your worth and avoid this company at all cost.

Pros

Employees there really work as a team. Lunches out can be fun when everyone can go. When there is someone who knows whats going on, ie procedures etc, its a great place to work.

Cons

When you place a non approachable person who lacks all diplomacy in a mgr roll, all others question the reason. When upper mgnt doesn't follow their own procedures, how does or how can lower level team members make an informed decision? Some depts heads just disappear, not sure why this happens. Upper mgnt doesn't respond back to emails in a timely manner and most cases lacks professionalism when they do. CEO is never around.
