The communication isnt there. If you are a hard worker you get taken advantage of. The company needs a payroll department for things that are nessary to be taken out such as child support mandated by the courts to be garnished out of the employees check . By them not doing so causes alot of problems after numerous attempts and talking to owner nothing was done when he was adamant he would get it done after a year and no change. BEWARE!!!!. The experience I had overall was not plesant. Pay close attention while working there. I am not a disgruntled former employee I am simply stating facts that has happened over the time spent there. I will let you be the judge of the company.

Everything else, horrible training (no training), horrible management, long hours, disorganized, favoritism, no support from leadership, high turn over, messy dirty work. Would not recommend anyone working here. Management is not transparent, no support, favoritism, lack of resources. Do not work here!
