Pros
Nicely situated office, own product, little pressure from business, relative freedom in technology choice: devs pretty much decide how they want to do things, decent salaries, no overwork, friendly people.
Cons
The product is rather seedy, a lot of legacy, urgent side projects out of the blue, too much on your plate, the business has no notion of what UX or product management is — or what do they want with the product at all. Also, the office is somewhat cramped, open spaces noisy, no canteen.
