A highly profitable leasing company that expects it's employees in all departments to work hard to contribute to the companies financial success each and every month. You will work hard for the money and there is room for advancement and with that normally comes pay increases along the way. Hard workers stand out and they get promoted first. In recent years this leasing company has been infiltrated by many former washed up bankers and friends and family members of existing employees which has created some strong cliques within the various departments. If your not a member of the clique or in the good old banker boys buddy buddy club then you are basically an outcast in the department and pushed aside. The middle managers and upper management love their secret squirrel hefty quarterly bonuses that they receive but it often times comes at the expense of overworked exhausted employees who feel under appreciated, undervalued, under rewarded and disconnected from their managers.
